Each African Parasol is hand crafted so what you get is a completely unique piece of art.
The fabric that is used to create our parasols are sourced from different parts of Africa and represent different stories of a regions people, culture, spirit and resilience.

The patterns on the fabric are decorative, and are also a symbolism of African life, traditions and wisdom that has been passed down through various generations.
Each parasol is handmade with love in Zambia by our passionate crafts men and women.

We source the highest quality authentic fabric from various parts of Africa including Zambia, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria and South Africa to create our African Parasols.
Ethics
The recycled wire that is expertly assembled by our gifted crafts men and women as well as the wood that makes up the handle of the parasol is acquired from ethical sources and as a result aiding in recycling and lowering the impact of deforestation.
Unique
The fabric, wire frame and wooden handle are meticulously put together to produce a very unique piece of art which is the African Parasol.
